		<description>Thanks for this post, Rebecca. I recently attended a panel discussion that was pretty well-organized, except that the moderator completely lost control of the time. There were still several questions left for the panelists to answer as lunchtime approached. The moderator asked the audience if it would be okay to hold Q&amp;A during part of the lunch break. There was agreement, but what else could the audience say? I couldn&#039;t stay for Q&amp;A, and I ended up feeling shortchanged.</description>
